WeFlipify is an online platform that allows you to convert PDF documents into interactive digital flipbooks with features including hotspots, analytics, and sharing capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service to distribute malware or spam
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the Service.
7. Free Trial
We may offer free trials. At the end of a trial, you may be automatically enrolled in a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
